What become Elaine's Flower Shop was formerly an old barn in Ludwigs Corner, Chester County PA. The barn was carefully converted to allow for conversion into a residential home if the current owner or future owner wishes to do so. Along with renovation of the barn, Slater Construction and Restoration LLC installed a radiant in floor heat system, built out additional windows to increase the natural lighting, and carefully retained the unique characteristics of the barn.
