Sine Studios is nestled in a historic brownstone building in Philadelphia's Rittenhouse neighborhood. Slater Construction and Restoration LLC was contracted to convert a 4 story row home into a state of the art recording studio. Special care was required to ensure the preservation of the historic features of the building.
